  1. Flag - Rainbow flag with "A Gay Evening in May" written in large text with green sparkly paint bordering each letter. This flag was likely used to either promote A Gay Evening in May events in public spaces or at the event themselves.

The graphic is a large inverted triangle with a smaller pink triangle at its base, and the text on the top of triangle says, 'STRUGGLE = SURVIVAL'.   4. Vinyl Record - Backside of 'Shadows on a Dime' by Ferron. The beige/light borwn color carries throughout, as well at the thing white lines shown on the cover. The title and artist's name is written in red, and beneath is a photo presumably of the artist leaning against the outside of a venue which showcases a concert of her's. Next to the singer, somebody is buying tickets at the counter. The song, 'Shadows on a Dime', also the album's namesake, mentions Santa Cruz, stating 'I poured my soul in Santa Cruz'. This mention is why it is included in the collection, as well as Ferron identifying as lesbian, and being a public figure in the LGBTQ community.

  5. T- Shirt - Gray cotton t-shirt with graphics and design of clams. There are two clams, who smile and have eyes, and arms which extend out towards the text, which reads 'Clamoring for Equality'. T- shirt is size medium and in slightly poor/worn condition, with brownish stains lightly covering the lower abdomen and smaller parts near the right of the text. This t- shirt was likely intended for personal use and fashion.
